room is spacious for the price. Bathroom is clean and large. Bed is comfy. They accepts dogs and the fee for the dogs is cheap! For short stay it is perfect. To the Arezzo city center, I cannot say it...

my 2nd stay at this hotel and breakfast was not good at our first stay so I did not take it this time... hope it gets better now.

Cleanliness of room, bathroom was large and shower was good size. Good breakfast with variety of items.

Room furnishings were showing wear and tear. Exhaust fan in bathroom appeared not to be working.
